Fenway Maypoppy at Davricanby

(Brigburn Sedge x Sealpin Wandasaffron of Fenway)

Poppy - my dog of a lifetime

11/05/05 - 25/11/18

On July 1st 2005 I went to collect a puppy from a litter bred by Jeremy Hunt. I had a choice of three bitches and after much deliberation chose the lovely little girl I had already named Poppy. She was swaddled in an old towel and travelled home on the knees of my daughter, Rebecca. Poppy slept throughout the journey and was totally unfazed by her arrival at her new home. That was my first glimpse of her laid-back attitude to life.

She's grown into a calm and placid girl who loves everyone - particularly my young grandchildren.
